Assessment

How applications are assessed

Each request is assessed on its own facts and under the rules that apply in the applicant's location. No single factor guarantees approval.

01

Identity and verification

We may need to verify the applicant, authorized business representatives, ownership details, contact information, and the stated purpose of funding.

02

Affordability and capacity

The review may consider income or revenue, existing commitments, cash flow, regular expenses, and whether proposed repayments appear sustainable.

03

Credit and business information

Where permitted, credit history, repayment behavior, time in business, industry, customer concentration, and financial performance may form part of the review.

04

Possible outcomes

A request may be approved, declined, referred for more information, or presented with different terms. Any offer remains subject to its written conditions.

We do not publish universal approval thresholds because criteria vary by product, applicant, jurisdiction, and the information available at review.
